The occasion was the celebration and homecoming of the An Rinn football team after winning the final at Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta on Monday 2/6/08 in Gleann Cholm Cille, Donegal - first time ever for An Rinn to win this competition. Pat's son Mike was one of the players on the victorious team... the hooting of cars announced the arrival of the home comers in the village late in the night ... Celebrations went on into the early hours.
